One of the Best Brunch Experience Ever!

Today my boyfriend and I decided to get some brunch.  People have been raving about POMEGRANATE BISTRO in Redmond.  I realized it was 10 minutes away from my house.  I was so excited to check it out! The restaurant is also a catering business called Lisa Dupar Catering and they've been featured on the food channel.  They also won the award one of the best in Seattle in 2006.  They have wonderful selections on their menu and an award-winning wine list. The food is always fresh because every season they change their menu! They also had a southern twist to their brunch. My boyfriend ordered Chicken & Waffles and loved it. Here are pictures below of what we ordered.  Go check out POMEGRANATE BISTRO for brunch which is from 9-2!

Hello Kitty and Piggy Caramel Apple

When I went to Canada to get a break from Seattle, my friend and I stopped by ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY on Robson street in Vancouver BC.  They have many different kind of sweets at this place.  They have all sorts of chocolates, ice creams and sweet desserts.

We fell in love with a specific dessert.  Here is a picture below.

BEST YOGURT ICE CREAM IN SEATTLE: MENCHIES

Guess what guys! We don't have to go to California to get yogurt land anymore.  There is a yogurt ice cream shop called MENCHIES! They recently opened one in Queen Anne in December.  What is awesome about this place is that you get to make your own yogurt on your own.  There are about 12 different yogurt flavors you can pick from like coconut, peach and many more! Then there is a mini Sweet Factory on the left where you add all the candies and fruits you want in your yogurt.  It was such a fun experience! Check out Menchies in Queen Anne! Price depends on the weight of your yogurt ice cream.

MUST TRY PEANUT BUTTER JELLY TROPHY CUPCAKES!!!!!

I am not a huge fan of cakes or cupcakes but the Peanut Butter Jelly Cupcake at Trophy Cupcakes changed that.  The Peanut Butter Jelly cupcake tastes so goood! It has a peanut frosting with a strawberry sorbet frosting on top.  the breading is peanut flavor and the BEST part is the strawberry jelly filling! Every time I bite into this cupcake it is heaven! These cupcakes are only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Go get em!

Bomb Amercanized Japanese food

Couple weeks ago my friend and I decided to go on an adventure in China Town.  We always go to a Japanese restaurant called Maekawa but sadly it was closed.  However right next to it was a restaurant called St. George. I remember going there as a kid but didn't quite remember what I ate there.  So we decided to go there.  From our experience the food was fun and new.  I've never tried an Americanized Japanese plate.  I got a tofu teriyaki and my friend got a lunch combo which had chicken katsu and a Japanese style steak. I believe what is popular there are the curry omelets!  We enjoyed our meals and we plan on going there again.  Check out St. George in China Town!

BTW they have awesome Italian Sodas.  It tastes better than any other Italian Sodas I've tried!

THAI FOOOOOOD

So we all know that there are so many Thai restaurants in Seattle.  I swear every block there is a Thai place.  Well I have discovered my favorite Thai Restaurant out of all Seattle Thai Restaurants. It is called Taiwon Thai.  This place is my FAVORITE! Every time I go here I am never disappointed.  Their pad thai is amazing because the taste isn't too ketchupy and it has a fresh flavor. The price isn't too bad depending on what time you go.  Lunch hour it is about 7-8 bucks and dinner 8-9 bucks.  I always get brown rice with my thai food just to be a bit healthy =)  Check out Taiwon Thai in Fremont!
