Today my boyfriend and I decided to get some brunch. People have been raving about POMEGRANATE BISTRO in Redmond. I realized it was 10 minutes away from my house. I was so excited to check it out! The restaurant is also a catering business called Lisa Dupar Catering and they've been featured on the food channel. They also won the award one of the best in Seattle in 2006. They have wonderful selections on their menu and an award-winning wine list. The food is always fresh because every season they change their menu! They also had a southern twist to their brunch. My boyfriend ordered Chicken & Waffles and loved it. Here are pictures below of what we ordered. Go check out POMEGRANATE BISTRO for brunch which is from 9-2!
